Most of the language has since become standard vocabulary, which makes the book feel obvious in retrospect. Reading it earlier would have saved time on a few products that took too long to get into anyone's hands. An unvalidated plan is a guess regardless of how detailed it is. The point of building the small thing is not speed. It is to find out what you don't yet know.
